Aloha Bars

Aloha Bars requested an online form that their customers could use to make selections for their wedding bar service. They were previously using a PDF questionnaire that was outdated and difficult for their clients to complete.

We created a custom form that covers all aspects of business for Aloha Bars' customers, including drink & bar style selections, information about the wedding party, and many add-ons to the service. We also included custom question logic, which shows some questions and answers conditionally based on previous information. This allowed for a form that was custom to each participant and gave them a smooth experience. The final product continues to help Aloha Bars to reach more customers and serve them better.
